Psychotherapy and Counselling in Lymington, New Forest, Hampshire
JAMES HANDLEY, Psychotherapist I am a Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in
Lymington, in the
New Forest. This is between
Southampton and
Bournemouth.
I am passionate about helping people to deal with the pressures and problems that affect all areas of their lives, including difficulties in relationships, depression, self esteem issues, sexual problems, parenting, destructive anger and conflict.
Psychotherapy and counselling provide us with the tools to deal with life in a more satisfying way. They are powerful and effective in enabling people to make changes in their lives.
If you are committed to making changes in your life through the process of psychotherapy then you will begin to see and feel benefits. In particular you may feel empowered; this means stronger, braver, more defined and clearer about what you want in your life and how to bring it about.I offer both short term and long term psychotherapy, counselling, formative psychology and anger management.I work with individuals, groups and couples and I offer relationship counselling. I also run an ongoing
mens therapy group, and a
therapy group for men and women looking at how we are in relationships.
My practice is within easy reach of Southampton, Salisbury, Winchester, Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Ringwood, Christchurch and East Dorset. I also have a practice in north London which is based at Spectrum, the centre for Humanistic Psychology.
